This coconut margarita keeps the clean citrus structure of the classic, then rounds it with Lucky Cat's silky coconut and agave base.

Ingredients

Makes 1 cocktail
  • 1 fl ozfresh lime juice
  • 4 fl ozLucky Cat Coconut Liqueur
  • 1/2 fl ozCointreau
  • To tastetoasted coconut flakes
  • To tasteTajín or sea salt

Method

Make the Lucky Cat Margarita.

Rim a rocks glass with toasted coconut and Tajín or salt. Squeeze the lime into a shaker. Add Lucky Cat, Cointreau and ice. Shake hard until the tin turns frosty, about 12 seconds. Strain over fresh ice and garnish with a lime wheel.
