Makes 1 cocktail- 3 slicesfresh cucumber
- 3/4 fl ozfresh lemon juice
- 1/2 fl ozfresh lime juice
- 3 fl ozLucky Cat Coconut Liqueur
- OptionalTajín or sea salt
Method
Make the Lucky Cat Cooler.
Press the cucumber in a shaker until fragrant. Add lemon, lime, Lucky Cat and ice. Shake hard, then strain over fresh ice. Finish with a cucumber ribbon, Tajín or sea salt.
01Break the Cucumber
Muddle three cucumber slices until they release their cool, green aroma.
02Wake the Citrus
Add fresh lemon and lime. Brightness begins here.
03Pour Your Luck
Pour in Lucky Cat, then pack the shaker with ice.
04Shake Cold
Shake with intent until the tin turns frosty.
05Finish Bright
Strain over fresh ice. Finish with cucumber, Tajín or sea salt.
